Orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Custom-made items are non-refundable.

Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Returns that arrive damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted, or may be subject to a service fee.

Please ensure the items are securely packed in the original packaging (or similar protective packaging) so they arrive safely.

Kindly attach the return label or clearly mark the return address on the package.

After shipping your return, please send us a message by email with the tracking number so we can follow your return.
