Return & Refund
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 21 days from the arrival of the order. After this period Items will not be eligible for a refund, but may be exchanged or credited at the discretion of the brand. Please call customer services on +380981788317 with any questions.
Any items lost during delivery will be refunded or exchanged. We are responsible for all troubles up to receiving the Item.
Once received, we will issue your refund for the returned garment within three business days.
- Items must be returned new and unused. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted, or service charge will be applied.
- Pack the item/s and documents in the original box or similar to ensure the items reach us safely.
- Ensure that the returns address or sticker is affixed to the front of the package.

If an order has been placed that involves customisation of a garment in anyway, then that garment is not refundable. This does not affect your rights if the garment is damaged or defective or does not match the specification of the order.
